Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the infrastructure and component that enables modern computing. As there is a wide acceptance and usage of internet technology in the global level, ICT has a prominent role in womens empowerment in various domains. An elaborated research survey was conducted to explore the influence of ICT on womens empowerment with the objective of study being, the collection of data on role of ICT in womens empowerment with reference to their economical, educational, social, psychological and political domains.The results of the survey were analyzed region wise and category wise.The region wise analysis was conducted in urban and rural areas respectively.
