A Comparative Study on Leadership Behaviour in Private and Co-operative Retail Management Systems in Hyderabad City
Abstract
The nature of leadership behaviour is not optimally balanced one between the internal management of Retail out lets and customer relationship management. The most of leaders of both in private and co-operative folds are not having the optimum knowledge or academic skills in leadership. The creation or selection, period, motto, authorities, decision making skills of leaders of both private and cooperative sector are varying between the private sector and cooperative sector. The leadership training should be provided to Co-operative leaders in this study area. The commitment of retailing leaders consist of responsibilities and accountability for the overall activities of partially systemized and financially struggling poor micro and small level retail outlets.
